Kim was amazing a super gracious! And it just so happens that one of her clients trains with us when she's in the Bethany Beach area. Fitness connects everyone! The facility was clean and had a great selection of equipment. If you're in the area, this is the ONLY place for fitness!
Typical gyms were not working for me - I would get bored and discouraged easily. I didn’t know what I should be doing to get the results I wanted. Then I came to Iron Force Fitness and I’m now in the best shape of my life! All of the workouts can be scaled to any fitness level and every workout is different. The coaches and members are all so encouraging and push you to be the best version of yourself. You will see results here!
I would recommend anyone at any fitness level come try this gym out! Whether new to CrossFit or new to fitness all the coaches here are phenomenal. My CrossFit journey started here about 1.5 years ago and I’m so very thankful that I did. While not new to fitness I was new to CrossFit and weary of learning all these new movements and lifts.
