Did a drop-in class while in town. Very friendly members!
Great place, great Community, won’t want to be training or apart of another gym but here.
Started going in April. I’m down 15 lbs, and my strength has progressed exponentially since then. Highly recommend to anyone who’s brand new to fitness or weightlifting. Jason does an awesome job at teaching you the correct form for lifts and workouts. And everyone is very supportive of each other!
