Terrible experience every time. Capital Property Solutions contracts exclusively with Iron Fireman on boiler maintenance and they have consistently done a terrible job. They had to visit our unit 10+ times to fix one leaking pipe and then never returned to replace the pipe after patching the leak so the pipe leak itself is still only fixed via a rubber wrap around it.
