I purchased an iron door and the frame fell apart because of the missing weld. Mark from Iron Envy suggested to fix the defective door at my expense. The door is new and has not been installed yet. Deceptive business practices and deceptive warranty.
Iron Envy is great and I highly recommend. They have a great selection of iron doors and they really take the time with you to make sure you are getting exactly what you want.
