This company does not stand behind it;s expensive products and treats customer in a rude manner. It ignores your call when you have a problem and does not acknowledge it's wrong.. We purchased $16,000 front door in 2015. In 2019 we reported a split in the wood, even though they did a $1500 maintenance job a year earlier, and were told that this door is too old and unable to fix it, but referred us to someone else who maybe able to help. Had an entry door and sidelights installed when my home was built in 2001. Have had many compliments on the door over the years. The system is excellent quality. Have had the door refinished, with excellent results, twice since installation. The refinishing work was done by someone referred by HDB. Honestly feel that the investment was a smart one from both an aesthetic and performance perspective and firmly believe it adds to the value of the home.
