This place saved my life! I am a competitive freak who plays numerous amounts of games all the time in all sports. Back was destroyed and shoulders as well. Love to lift to maintain solid muscle so the ice bath for recovery was my saving grace. Hitting the ice everyday was the only way I could continue to play sports daily.
