Came and used for a day pass. Great environment, super easy to get in, awesome equipment. Would highly recommend for anybody local or just visiting in town.
Mindt conditioning south is exactly what I was looking for on my trip to cannon beach. I was able to hit my workouts on my program without making the usual compromises I would’ve in a hotel gym. Herb also accommodated a my remote posing session with no problem. If I could give 6stars I would!
Best place in town for drop in strength training gym. Just call the number and you can bring cash to put in an envelope to pay. They’ll give you a door code. So helpful while traveling. Thank you so much! I’ll be back.
