Very nice place! Friendly staff. Very clean facility. Our 7yr old boy had a great time doing several challenges and obstacle courses.

Coach JB has been training our son for the past couple of years. Their personal training sessions are perfect to meet my son’s goals and the workouts are appropriate for his age. Thank you for offering such a great personal training program with JB.
My 5yo son has been working one on one with Coach JB and I have seen so many good changes and more confidence building for my son. He had been experiencing a lot of bullying and this has been such a positive experience for him. He is getting stronger and while it has been hard and he has to put in some work Coach JB is so motivating and encouraging the entire time. The staff and Coach JB are all so good with kids and the time spent here has been awesome all around!
