A hidden gem powerlifting gym. There are three combo racks and like 20 pairs of calibrated plates. In addition, there's two deadlift platforms, two squat racks, a power rack, an incline bench rack, and a monolift. Also, there's a ton of machines and equipment to do accessories. For those who do cardio, they have threadmills and other cardio machines.
I love my gym, I’ve been coming here for 3 years now and I would be heartbroken if I ever had to leave this place. I love the old school feel of it. I’m really hoping our new owners will get a legit hip thrust machine, pretty please :) …. in fact I found out not just women from our gym want it but some men do too! Update- they got the machine because they’re awesome!
Our regular gym closed for a week so we looked for a gym in the area that had day passes or week passes. Very glad we found Iron Core this place was awesome. Super easy to get a week pass, complete a waiver online, paid, got a code to get in and we were good to go. The gym was even better than advertised - large space, everything worked, clean and organized. People working-out were respectful and the atmosphere was very pleasant.
