Great gym. I've been coming here for six years and can't say I've had a bad workout. All the members are courteous and the new ownership looks and walks the talk!!
Fantastic gym with great selection of diff isolation machines and powerlifting equipment Keycard access is also a huge perk

I love my gym, I’ve been coming here for 3 years now and I would be heartbroken if I ever had to leave this place. I love the old school feel of it. I’m really hoping our new owners will get a legit hip thrust machine, pretty please :) …. in fact I found out not just women from our gym want it but some men do too!
Came here on a day pass due to vacation. This gym is absolutely amazing!! If you’re into powerlifting, this is a haven. Even if you just enjoy machines, they have everything! The owners are such nice and welcoming people; I really enjoyed my time here! I’ll be back next time I’m in town.
