I got a week pass to try the gym out and it was absolutely worth it. As a powerlifter, this gym has everything you need and more. Kilos, chalk, platforms, and every variation of weights. Often times I was the only girl in the gym and I felt incredibly safe, and very welcomed. The facility is clean and it just feels like a legit lifting gym. I signed up for a membership after my week because I didn’t want to leave!

If you're looking for a true gym, for lifting. Iron Core is the best in the area. I have been a member of Eo's, Crunch Ocoee/Winter Garden, L.A Fitness. Iron Core leaves them behind. Has a true gym feel and etiquette. Everything you need, nothing you don't need. While it maybe a bit more expensive than the others, you don't get hogging the weights, 3 sets of dumbbells around a bench that's not being used....I haven't seen a tripod. Couldn't ask for better people than the ones running this place! Sally and Lloyd will make you feel welcome, and with one glance around you'll quickly see that you've just found one of the best local, independently owned gyms in central Florida. Old school powerlifting feel that makes you eager to get after it and build a stronger you! If you're looking for a new gym to call home, it should be this one.
I tried this gym out and I’ve loved it! Everyone there is super welcoming, not a super busy space, and great equipment! Excited to train out of this facility!
