I’ve been going to the shop for a while now and wanted to take some time to provide feedback. I travel frequently and have gone to multiple shops over the years. I’ve had some good experiences, even at some other shops in Greensboro, but for me this is the place to go for consistently great cuts. I went in to get a slight trim,it took me months to get my beard at full length and I wanted to come in for 3 trims and to try and see what I wanted for a style at each point in 3 different weeks..I told Casey what I wanted but he shaved it all at once and told me"its too late for what you want.Let me do my job"I left in tears.He took my choices away for deciding what I wanted.
