Kolby and his wife are amazing! I recently purchased my first home in the area, and they came out to perform the initial pest treatment. They were thorough, efficient, and incredibly kind. When I mentioned this was my first home, they even offered helpful advice—like adding steel padding to protect the pipes under my sinks. I highly recommend Iron City Pest. Most fantastic experience of my life, I had roaches, I had spiders, I had baby snakes & I had biters. However, the friendly team at ICP came out & took care of my pests as if they knew how each individual pest thought, because they did. If your pest control company doesn't know how to think like a scorpion, I would strongly recommend switching to Iron City Pest. As a matter of fact, I would recommend doing this anyway.

I had a large hornet nest in my front yard by my car and I can't say enough to thank Kolby and Kristen for coming and quickly getting rid of it. They were fantastic, they came as quickly as they could and were so friendly and professional. They quickly took care of my problem and disposed of the nest. I highly recommend them and will definely call them again in the future.

I already left a 5* review but I wanted to leave another from a different email just to commend Kolby and his spouse for running an ethical business that cares about their customers, and bump up their rating even more. So, Kolby has come by to prevent carpenter bees two years in a row now. Last month, I noticed a couple more of them around and offered him to come back to do more treatments here. Kolby politely declined and explained that the treatment would still work on them and that re-applying it won’t make it work better... read more
