I already left a 5* review but I wanted to leave another from a different email just to commend Kolby and his spouse for running an ethical business that cares about their customers, and bump up their rating even more. So, Kolby has come by to prevent carpenter bees two years in a row now. Last month, I noticed a couple more of them around and offered him to come back to do more treatments here. Kolby politely declined and explained that the treatment would still work on them and that re-applying it won’t make it work better... read more
I had a huge mysterious swarm in my tree and called Kolby Jackson at Iron City Pest Control. Maybe hornets?? Wasps?? It turned out to be a honey bee hive! They couldn’t remove it, but they gave me referrals to companies that could safely relocate the bees. Honest, helpful, and professional ! really appreciated it. I highly recommend Iron City Pest Control!
Kolby Was able to come out really quickly and do treatment as the temperature is heating up and bugs are starting to show up. He was super informative and kind, gave me lots of information about what products they use, How they work and whats to be expected after treatments.
