Best Gym I have been to. The environment is awesome, lots to learn from some of the guys. Equipment feels like it was purchased based off what feels good and gives a good pump instead of what is cheapest / newest. The prices are also the lowest ive been able to find in red deer especially for a 24 hour gym. 10/10 best gym I’ve been to.

Rob's was such a cool dude. My hubby used to train at his gym back in the day and always idolized him. This gym had such a fun vibe, come on down and check it out for yourself!!
Amazing gym, atmosphere and very friendly and helpful staff/members. Rob Friss is a legend!
