Iron City is a gym unlike any other in town. Most places are filled with a few people who focus on general fitness, with the rest sitting on their phones, chatting more than actually training, having a casual workout. Not at Robs. This spot has a raw, no-nonsense feel that makes it clear people come here to put in real work. Amazing gym! I train all over the country and this gym and the people make this place hands down, THE GYM. No fancy, bougie expensive place can buy what environment the Iron City Gym has created. I met at least 5 people in one session. If you want the old school, respectful club feel this is your place.

Best gym ever. First day in, I showed up late, no key card yet. Me, I don't waste an opportunity. Went out back and squated and lunged weighted with a tire until Rob the owner let me in. Then, I helped him do weighted drags, WHILE CLIMBING STAIRS! Finished off strong on the stair machine, bike, calf raise machine, leg raise, all till failure. But then it hit me, I parked around the other side of the gym. Longest 300 meter walk of my life. I love this gym and Rob is a pure legend. First day back and the best leg day I've ever... read more

Great gym, equipment is great and Rob is super friendly and helpful, introduces you to a lot of the regulars in the gym and provides great advice whenever it is needed. 10/10 I am very happy with the gym and the community within the gym, I will definitely be working out here for a long time to come!
