Iron Brew Coffee is very good, but sadly, their customer service is terrible. I had problems with my last two orders, and they did not reply to any of my emails or phone calls. One order took 3 weeks to arrive, and my last order was incomplete, receiving only 4 of the 6 items I purchased. I called twice, leaving polite messages, and emailed 3 times, and now, 2 weeks later, I have not heard back from them. Their customer service is not just horrible; it is nonexistent!
