Its not just a gym it's a family bound each member like one of me and the staff are more than family m so happy to train in this facility never felt that m away from my home. In this 🏋️♀️ gym u will find every equipment u need. Well organised super clean beautiful people. I'm glad to be a member of iron bound gym. Thank u all and good luck
I was a member of this gym family for over seven years and cannot say enough about Scott and his crew. I have now moved away or would still be there. By far the best facility in Williamsburg!!! Scott is always adding and updating his equipment to keep up with new technology.
Honestly, the perfect gym. I’ve lived in Norfolk, Hampton, Richmond, and DC. Been a member of the YMCA, Crunch Fitness RVA, Workout Anytime, Onelife, and Balance Gym on Capitol Hill. Of all the gyms I’ve been a member of, Iron-Bound was honestly the best. It felt homey. It’s clean, organized and well maintained. Scott the owner was kind enough to help me jump my car one day in the parking lot when I was having battery problems. I have been a member of IBG for a little over one year. Scott, and his staff are always welcoming, knowledgeable, and ready to lend a helping hand. The gym is well maintained, as is the equipment. It's been a pleasure working out at IBG, and i look forward to stopping in as time permits. Highly recommend!
