Great gym! Really enjoy the Cycle and Barre classes!
They are an extremely welcoming gym. Everything is always clean and they have a wide variety of equipment and many free weights.
IronBound is more than a gym. It's a community of folks all working hard to be healthy and in shape! I have recovered from back, knee, elbow, and foot surgery through the years and IronBound was instrumental in my rehab.
