You know what the most nerve-wracking part of joining a gym is? Wondering what happens if you ever need to cancel. Well, I got that answer today. I had a great experience here — the facilities are clean, and the classes are fantastic. But I’m moving, so I called to see how difficult it would be to cancel my membership. Amazing gym with amazing owners. Environment is very welcoming and there’s plenty of machines so it never feels too crowded. Would definitely recommend!
The gym overall is definitely better than 2 stars, but I'm leaving a low star review so the management will see this. I have some very specific complaints about the fitness classes in the barre/yoga studio but would rather not complain in person: The gym desperately needs to enforce regular fitness class etiquette: no coming in off the street one minute after class starts (lock the door to keep people from doing this!) and loudly taking off your shoes.
