I just joined Ironbound Gym and my 1st class was Shomer’s yoga flow class. It was outstanding. The sequencing flowed beautifully, cues were crystal-clear, and there were options for every level. I left feeling both energized and grounded. Clean studio, great music, thoughtful adjustments—can’t recommend enough! Love it
IronBound Gym has been for me the best during my 2-week holiday in Williamsburg . So many Best : 1. Best equipment : high quality machines, most of them are doubled. You can sense this gym is built by gym lovers for gym lovers. 2. Best atmosphere. I have visited some other gyms in the area. Incredible gym with the most incredible staff. The staff truly make this gym feel like family. You won’t find another gym better than IBG in Williamsburg!
