Iron-Bound Gym is one of those Gyms that you can just walk into on your first day and feel like you're in a place that's gonna help you grow. They have squat racks, dead lifting space, treadmills, rowing machines, stairsteppers, group classes, all the free weights/kettlebells you could need and dozens of machines. Their staff are all kind and helpful and they have built a community of welcoming helpful people both young and old. I absolutely love this gym! Such a welcoming environment no matter which stage of your fitness journey you’re in. Scott and his team are so friendly and attentive to any of your needs. This is an amazing gym that makes you feel as if you’re part of big family. Definitely a place I look forward to going to.

They have a good variety of fitness classes and equipment tailored to match your needs, a great selection of shirts, other types of memorabilia, and a great staff that is always able and willing to assist with any questions/concerns you may have.
