I’ve been going to Iron Bodyfit Waterford Lakes for about 6 months now with my wife. Amazing experience. We’ve seen real results. Weight loss. Better fitness. More energy. Jeff has been great. Very attentive. He understands our needs and even our temperament on different days. Pushes us just the right amount. Always encouraging. The facility is another big plus. Clean. Welcoming. Comfortable. And a small thing I really enjoy—grabbing a banana after every workout. Nice touch. Overall, very happy we joined. Highly recommend.
I absolutely love Ironbody! Jeff and his staff have been nothing but outstanding. Very knowledgable, friendly and upbeat. The establishment is clean and supports a busy lifestyle for sure. I work a lot and being able to get an efficient intense workout in with the most advanced EMS gear, has supported my lifestyle tremendously. I wouldn't hesitate on trying them out!
Training in IRON BODY FIT has been a game changer! I’ve noticed visible toning and increased strength quickly. Jeff is amazing, knowledgeable and supportive. Totally worth it!
