I can’t even begin to describe how much my body has changed since I started my journey at Iron Bodyfit ! Not only have I drop weight but I’ve gained muscle and toned most stubborn areas ! Jeff is amazing! He will not only plan the best workout for you .. he will reach out and make sure you stay consistent and achieve your goals . This place is much better with him in charge ! I’ve been training at Iron Body Fit in Waterford Lakes for 7 months now and absolutely love it! The sessions are only 25 minutes once a week, yet you get a full-body workout and real results - I feel so much more toned. As a busy working mom, this was a game changer! I absolutely love training at Iron Bodyfit! The workouts save me so much time, and the results have been incredible. After just a few sessions, I can already feel my skin tighter and my body stronger. The staff is amazing, and the energy there is always so motivating. I’d recommend Iron Bodyfit 100% it’s the perfect place to get your workouts done!
Tried it out when we were on our trip at Florida and loved it. It was good to get a quick workout in while still traveling. Facilities were great and Jeff was super helpful walking me through.
