Why didn't you cancel my membership when I asked and keep charging me? Learn from me team, always go cash with small gyms, they are nice as pie when signing you up, when you try to leave, only issues. Had to go through my bank to stop them. I even dropped my FOB back to you. Wouldnt have been hard to do the right thing.
Despite Gyms being closed under government restrictions, for the weeks starting the 10th of August and the 17th, I was charged for the service that is not available to be used. I was also double charged on the 27th of July. I will not be returning. However, when contacted my issues were resolved quickly and professionally and I was refunded in full. Been going to gyms for over 10 years and Iron Boday has to be the best by far. To top it off a PT session with Marcus has taken my training and physique to another level!
