Iron Bear is an excellent CrossFit gym with a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. Nils, Aaron, and Elizabeth are fantastic coaches who genuinely care about their members' progress and well-being. The environment is low-pressure, making it perfect for beginners, yet it provides plenty of challenges for those looking to push their limits. Highly recommend!
