I’ve been going to Iron Barre Yoga for a year now and I can proudly say this is one workout that I have stuck with. It has become a lifestyle instead of a health phase for me. It never gets old as we are always doing new and challenging things. I still regularly wake up sore after a good workout. The other women in the class keep it a motivating and encouraging environment for all ages and fitness levels. I’d highly recommend any and all classes at Iron Barre Yoga.
