I started CrossFit here about 3 years ago and - I love this place. I love the community, the workouts, energy, and the coaches. I have found Iron Athletics to be so much more than a gym. I’ve learned new skills, met great people, spent a lot of time laughing and feel like I’ve become part of a team. Love the coaches and the energy of this box! The programming is great as well, and the community made me feel welcome from day one…good people, good programming, good coaches…definitely worth it!

Best Crossfit gym in the area and the open results and participation prove it! The coaches are all great and take time to make sure you know what you're doing and feel welcome. This community makes working out fun.

Awesome gym to work out in. Coaches are knowledgeable and always alert to make corrections or changes to make sure you get the best workout possible, and they motivate you to get to the next level of your fitness goals. Members are friendly and fun to work out with. I am stronger now at almost 50, then I was when I was 25 thanks to the coaches at Iron Athletics, thanks Erin and Amy!
