Great clean gym with excellent equipment (everything you’d need for your strength and conditioning programs) and lots of space. Owners are super friendly and helpful. I come here whenever I’m in town
Best gym in PA. I’ve known the owner for 15 years, having been in the industry (that was pre-dad bod lol) but this place is great. It’s a lifters gym for real. I only wish they had one in FL where I live.
