I’ve been going to Iron Asylum for about a year and a half, ever since I started working down on the Peninsula. I’m only in town usually 5 to 7 days a mont but I always make time to train here. When I first started coming, I noticed some issues like people letting friends in behind them or calling from the parking lot to be let in. It felt a little loose. From day one, Brandon (the owner) makes it a point to know your name, welcome you in, and cheer you on—whether you're new to lifting or deep into competition prep.
