This is the best gym in Minneapolis. I was surprised by how welcoming the staff and the other members are. They have the best equipment you will not find anywhere else. I recommend this gym for everyone, whether you’re a total beginner or a pro.
Very nice gym with a plethora of equipment and a nice staff! I have to deduct a star unfortunately because the gym is essentially one giant room, and their is a microwave people use to heat their left overs so the gym routinely smells like people’s re-heated leftover salmon or tuna which makes me nauseous while lifting heavy. I am talking the entire gym smells like it 😔
The owners care about everyone , and whole mn Bodybuilding. They have wisdom and knowledge get you where need in any goals you have .
This is hands down the best gym I’ve ever been to. I have never looked so forward to hitting a lift. I have been to many different chain gyms and nothing compares. Iron Alliance has best equipment, great snack and beverage selections, and friendly staff. 11/10 recommend.
This is an amazing gym if your going to take your workout journey seriously they have amazing equipment and staff it is kept very clean and organized. The atmosphere is great and makes you want to push yourself even more fully recommend joining the iron family oorah !!
