I’m only leaving a review because of the funny sign in the bathroom! But other than that I’ve been a member for about two weeks now and I love. A lot of nice machines and they are nice people as well definitely should come check it out! P.S if you make the gym 24 hours it would be a five star for me.

I’m in the 40 and up club….prior to coming here I felt weak and had pain from old sports injuries. Maddie has been my trainer for over a year and is absolutely PHENOMENAL ….in a hip that is torn and will eventually have to have surgery….she has helped reduce my pain by over 90%….most days I don’t even notice it! There are a bunch of us 40 and up that come in the mornings that I affectionally call “the breakfast club”….we come in, handle our business and go live our lives. Love this place!
