I joined Iron Alliance just over a year ago last month on August 8th. I saw Liv's Instagram and just said do it, call them. I did and happy I did. Not so happy the first week where after doing squats with a "chair" I could barely go up and down the stairs. Wasn't sure what to expect, kind of intimidating, at first. But what a ride. Joining Iron Alliance was one of the best things I've done for myself. Over the last six months, I've learned so much and I've gotten so much stronger.
