If you value quality furniture and professional workmanship, avoid Iron Age Woodworking at all costs. Despite providing designer drawings with exact specifications, nothing was built correctly. After waiting over 8 months for the project to be “finished,” I now need to hire a professional to rebuild nearly everything they delivered. Cabinet doors were cut incorrectly, then crudely patched and reinstalled. Finished items were destroyed on-site just to make them fit. Unprofessional & Disrespectful Treatment I worked for Iron Age Woodworking and was classified as a “subcontractor.” However, in reality I was there every day reporting to the owner, taking orders directly from him, and using the shop’s tools and utilities like an employee. Despite putting in hard work, I have still not been paid for one full week of work that I completed in their shop. Payment has been delayed and tied to unnecessary conditions, which is unacceptable.
