Glad I found Izzy! She is the only barber I trust, I’ve been going to her for 7 years now. She’s super attentive and her work is consistent.
Booked with Izzy last minute while trying to find a new barber, she was amazing! She really listened to what I wanted and nailed it, plus she’s super welcoming. Ivan was also really friendly and introduced themselves, which I appreciated. Love the vibe, the shop is very nice, and the appointments are a big plus. Definitely found my new barbershop!
1st I wanna say customer service was top notch quick summary had a appointment to get my sons haircut in Mahwah nj (autism friendly)and my starter went and we go to Maryland tomorrow 😒. So I called I rock cutz studio and Izzy picked up ( my savior) she said to come in now if I could she had a few minutes to fit me in and the rest is history she was sweet and kind took her time she even had him try out the clippers on me so he be more comfortable with her.
