Don’t come here. The front desk is Heartless. 90$ without insurance but 75$ with insurance. Turned me away with strep throat because I was short 15$. Turned me away with a meniscus tear when I was short 6$ and turned me away with a really bad ear infection over 40$. They do payment plans if you have a bill over 100 but not when it’s under. Doesn’t make sense if you actually care about you patients. Find a family doctor and run away from this place.
New to the area, working 7 am to 4 pm, cannot ever get appt after 4 pm. So irmo wellness center stops my prescriptions. I've been out for over a week for blood pressure and carvidilol, beta blocker, about to run out of everything else. Called for phone consultation and set gor 4 pm, and the day before, I get a text saying I will be at the wellness center at 3:45 pm for my appt. Please let me get my scripts!!!
At this point, I'm ready to leave this practice. I saw Erin Siciliano and usually see Dr. Mandev Guram. I love who I usually see. However, yesterday the patient coordinator who checked me in um no!!! Please tell me how in the world I have a $14 and $30 copay when my deductible has been met!!!! I don't have to pay anything whenever I go to my other doctors or my prescriptions!!!! I have been trying all week for Candice to return my phone call. I have run out of blood pressure medicine and need a refill. She never call’s back. Today I told the operator what the problem was and she couldn’t find Candice but promised me I would get a return call. Well it didn’t happen. All I can say is she is not much of a nurse and the whole operation of the clinic is forget the patients just make money.
