Check-in early morning hours is quick and easy. Ann runs the office, and LaToya drew my blood. Very pleasant. If you get there between 8 and 9 a.m., you’ll get right in.
Wonderful care so far. Recently saw NP Ashley Baxley. She is a caring, empathetic and attentive provider. Very happy with her thorough, above and beyond care. Highly recommend her as a provider!!
Don’t come here. The front desk is Heartless. 90$ without insurance but 75$ with insurance. Turned me away with strep throat because I was short 15$. Turned me away with a meniscus tear when I was short 6$ and turned me away with a really bad ear infection over 40$. They do payment plans if you have a bill over 100 but not when it’s under. Doesn’t make sense if you actually care about you patients. Find a family doctor and run away from this place.
New to the area, working 7 am to 4 pm, cannot ever get appt after 4 pm. So irmo wellness center stops my prescriptions. I've been out for over a week for blood pressure and carvidilol, beta blocker, about to run out of everything else. Called for phone consultation and set gor 4 pm, and the day before, I get a text saying I will be at the wellness center at 3:45 pm for my appt. Please let me get my scripts!!!
