These guys are the best. They are knowledgeable, timely, neat, and always are willing to help. We use them quite a bit with 3 locations and multiple safes, old and new. Even calling in and the lady answering the phone, Melissa was able to give us instructions right over the phone! They are a huge asset to our community! Great job

My rating for this company goes a little bit deeper than your average rating. Situation: Irmo lock company was called to my home to cut a key for my son's truck. The company is about 20 miles away from my home. Once they were contacted by Triple A, they called me to inform me of the estimated time of arrival. Upon arrival, I met Chris, he extended his hand and introduce himself, and I did the same. Job Well Done! New homes should have deadbolts on the garage doors. Eric came to Camron Ridge, installed a deadbolt lock on the garage door, and rekeyed all the entry door locks. Disregard the black/mismatched door handle. The builder installed that, not the Irmo Lock Co/The Modern Locksmith.
