Dr. Miller's staff member instantly recognized my optic nerves were swollen during the examination of my dilated eyes. She stepped out to get Dr. Miller without alarming me. Dr. Miller quickly entered the exam room, examined my eyes himself, and explained the findings. This place is horrible. The doctor was thorough but the staff is horrible. The girl that does the contacts and eyeglasses is extremely rude and I also was supposed to have a referral and called three times regarding the referral and they never called me back. Ridiculous.
First of all, I would like to say that the Optician, Ms. Kengi McGahee gives you the utmost excellent service I have experienced with her. Ms. Kengi always takes her time to make you feel comfortable & she explains all the questions you ask of her concerning eyeglass fitting, insurance payments, & other concerns you don't quite understand.
