I picked Irma's salon because it was near by, but am very pleased as Bertha did a great job matching my color, then blow drying my hair. Bertha and Irma were SO nice.
I recently visited Irma for a professional haircut to prepare for work, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. From the moment I walked in, Irma's friendly and welcoming personality put me at ease. She took the time to listen to my preferences and offered valuable suggestions based on her expertise. OMG! The worst of the worst! I paid this woman a hefty amount just to fix my hair and cut it one lengthy. Easy right? That’s what you would think. Nope! She doesn’t listen and I end up having to walk all the way back to her salon only to be turned away by her partner who one minute days my hair is all one length to it’s uneven. This woman is blind as a bat! It was do obvious that my hair wa unevenly cur. Unfortunately I cannot in good conscience recommend this salon.
