Dr Rasmussen is not doing her job!! My husband had another doctor who retired, and he had to be seen by somebody else. He has medication that he needs to take daily in order to keep him alive, she told him if he went and got blood work done that, she would approve his prescriptions. We waited and waited, and never received a call never received a message. Now they're refusing to refill his prescriptions, because she doesn't feel comfortable. Extremely disappointed with this provider. My in-person new patient appointment was changed to telehealth two days beforehand because the doctor was working from home. Many patients state the same in other reviews. On the day of the appointment, the visit started approximately 50 minutes late and no apology was offered. The entire new patient appointment lasted less than 10 minutes. If I could give a negative I would! Not only is the Dr ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS running OVER AN HOUR behind on EVERY APPOINTMENT, try getting in touch with the office for ANYTHING!! When you finally do get someone, they are RUDE, completely incompetent and give you the run around! Been trying to get blood pressure med refill for TWO WEEKS and STILL NO HELP!!
