Very good doctor took care of all my needs very professional polite and I like that in a doctor
Don’t listen to the other reviews, I was skeptical about my appointment at first but once I met the Doctor all my worries went out the window. She was very professional and did not waste anytime, straight to the point and knowledgeable.
Had to see Dr. Hernandez since my PCP was not available. Very attentive and concerned doctor. Followed my issue very professionally, and did the follow up herself. Theis is very rare with Kaiser doctors. ( I am with Kaiser since 1994). Thank you
If I could give zero stars I would. DOS 2/8/22. Currently trying to file complaint on website but of course I can’t submit because there are some errors with characters.
