Irma was very nice from the first day we talked on the phone, I felt really confident with her. The way she helped me and my family through the selling of my home to finding a rental was unbelievable, she was on point with everything and just made this process so much easier. She is such a compassionate person and she understands! I just want to thank her from the bottom of my heart for being there for me and my family through this process, we could have not done it without her! She is the best and highly recommended.

I’m writing this with a heavy heart of hurt and a feeling of inadequacy. To shed light on the injustice that stills prowls our world on a daily basis. Today I left work around 2am, after a long shift of working like the average hard working American does. I received a notification that a new property had been listed for rent, on realtor.com. Irma was fantastic from start to finish! Our initial meeting with her helped put my mind at ease about our home buying process and she worked with us to get us connected to people who could get us financed and ready to go for a house. I wish we could give more than 5 stars to Irma because she was fantastic and very insightful to work with. From the start with our first meeting with Irma (via Zoom) she laid out the time line of what will take place with our home search. Irma was so good at explaining to us, as first time home buyers, what the process would include and made things easy for us to understand.
