I originally called them during fall 2024 to get information. They told me to send an email of my refferal and they will contact me for an appointment. They also told me that they're waiting to get the schedule from their Radiologist for December/January but most likely will be in January. After the phone call, I got my referral and send an email in November 2024. They also told me to call them if I never recieved a reply to let them know about my email. I have an appointment in less than a week. I have called a few times with questions and request and every time the staff went above and beyond, very professional and friendly.
I had a Uterine MRI yesterday, the people I encountered, and the people who assisted me were all amazing. The care I received was something I never received anywhere else. I don't have a single complaint! Thank you for being there when the hospital and many doctors refused me - thank you for helping me prove I am not okay ❤️
