1000% wrong diagnosis by their AI backend evaluation system. They don’t use real people to evaluate your MRI. I am now faced with a complex surgery that has been unnecessarily delayed by their focus on the dollar and not on the patient. Avoid these hacks if at all possible. Options abound in Montreal and Quebec City. Oh - and if you have a complaint, don’t worry, they will evaluate their own work and assure you they made no mistakes. Funny how that works every time.
Staff are exceptional and very attentive and that definitely helped since I am claustrophobic. The imaging machine was roomy which was a bonus. Plus the music/earphones and staff voices came through crystal clear.
Very slow. Might aswell go through the public route.
I originally called them during fall 2024 to get information. They told me to send an email of my refferal and they will contact me for an appointment. They also told me that they're waiting to get the schedule from their Radiologist for December/January but most likely will be in January. After the phone call, I got my referral and send an email in November 2024. They also told me to call them if I never recieved a reply to let them know about my email.
