The main problem with these buses is the toilet. After driving the i6 for 3 months OTR the toilet system is bad enough where I would NOT recommend a purchase of this motorcoach. Water overflowing, drains clogging and no access to flapper inside of toilet. NO TECHNICAL SUPPORT SYSTEM. Nothing worse than having waste water in the cabin. Today in NYC and lose all freon in the cooling system. Not even 30k on it. 86° in the cabin

Irizar is not only a great product but also great people work there. The Management team is amazing, and made the transaction of purchasing a bus very pleasant. I recommend Irizar for anyone in need of buying new buses. We have proudly just purchased our 2nd one!
