Irish spring water company backed up on my driveway and caused my driveway to crack. I have been many attempts to contact them and for the past year and a half all they said was they sent a company to do the repairs. But the company, all they did was put a crack filler and put a sealant over the top. The sealant came off within three months because they put it over a dirty driveway. They did not call, ring doorbell to inform us they were here for delivery and they just filled it up, we weren't able to get the wrinkles out of the bottom, also we weren't able to see that the pool wasn't level either and now it's too late to fix it. Also they didn't charge for the water until 2 weeks after the delivery and messed up our whole account.
Could improve on their customer service in office, driver was excellent.
Take measurements before you get your pool water delivery. I was charged for a full load and was delivered less than a half load. My pool could have easily taken a 1/2 load there was so much more space to the top of the skimmer, It wasn't even at the bottom of the skimmer when I called. Even my kids asked why they didn't fill the pool. Basic math measurements proved that they didn't even give me 1/2 load.
