Could improve on their customer service in office, driver was excellent.
Take measurements before you get your pool water delivery. I was charged for a full load and was delivered less than a half load. My pool could have easily taken a 1/2 load there was so much more space to the top of the skimmer, It wasn't even at the bottom of the skimmer when I called. Even my kids asked why they didn't fill the pool. Basic math measurements proved that they didn't even give me 1/2 load. We just had an above ground pool installed and needed to have water delivered since we have well water. I called to schedule a water delivery and they were able to schedule us on the first business day after the pool was constructed. They showed up on time, were professional, and charged a very reasonable rate. Would highly recommend.
Waiting for my driveway to be repaired for over 2 months. Promised weekly that it would be fixed. Nothing do far. Now there is no answer!!!
