Be careful. The owner went MIA. Trying for many many weeks to close my account after I moved out. No response to phone calls, website messages, or US postal mail. And they just keep sending bills and late fees.

Be careful! I tried renting a unit here while I was moving from out of state. I booked it online and paid the invoice then NEVER heard from them again. No contact about how to use my unit, no responses to my messages through the form on the website or multiple calls. They're still trying to charge me for a recurring amount each month even though I've never had access or even confirmation of the unit. Avoid this place at all costs.

I have had a storage unit with Irish Hills Self Storage for almost 4 years, I initially rented the unit through Jeff's Auto Glass. It has since went under new ownership. My unit has been broken into, thankfully nothing was taken but the owner left me a voicemail then was unable to be reached again. Not only was my storage unit left open but they never replaced the lock as it was cut off. It remained open for 2 weeks until I was able to get to town to replace it.
