Management has been very prompt in responding to maintenance issues
Great living experience!
Be very careful before you rent from Irish Craps. The management are scam artists that do not keep the property up. They are unresponsive and then will gouge you after you move out (even when you have pictures of damage when you moved in). We had hardwater stains in our sinks and toilets when we moved in, we asked them to be cleaned or fixed for 12 months. They then charged us for this when we moved out!! My guess is that this will soon be Section 8 housing.
Apartments are not in good shape when you move in, staff is not super friendly, and the building door was broken for most of the year. Make sure you fully clean every inch of your room and document any issues when you move in or youll be facing huge fines after you move out
apartment building is not kept up, management does not maintain common areas or apartments when called. We were also hit with a "damage" bill when we left that included "chipped paint" for $120 and "dirty blinds" for another $100. We took pictures when we moved in and this was clearly a scam to extract money from college kids after they have moved off campus. Look elsewhere.
