I was a recent tenant there for two years and had a mixed experience. THE APARTMENT (2/5) : I lived in a triple -- the space is ample for each individual, don't try to fit multiple in the kitchen space at the same time. The living room was comfortable. The bedroom is furnished with an uncomfortable chair, serviceable desk, and *fine* mattress and wardrobe. The water is EXTREMELY HARD as they have not discovered water softening technology. Management is IMPOSSIBLE to reach. This is incredibly unprofessional. Never picks up the phone or returns a voicemail. Takes weeks and weeks to respond to questions on texts.

Extremely poor communication and a lack of accountability at the front office. I have been here all of one day and am already regretting my decision. The apartment was not clean, especially the bathrooms. The staff blamed it on the water. I let it go because I would’ve cleaned anyway, even if it already looked clean for my own mental clarity. Irish Flats is an amazing place to live! The location is super convenient, especially being so close to campus, restaurants, and everything you need nearby. The property is always kept clean, and the atmosphere feels welcoming and comfortable. The staff and maintenance team are friendly, professional, and quick to help whenever needed. Management truly cares about the residents and works hard to make sure everyone has a great experience. I would highly recommend Irish Flats to anyone looking for a great apartment community!
