I’ve done a lot of painting work at this apartment complex over the years, and it’s always been a great experience. The property is well-managed, clean, and professionally maintained. Suzi, the manager, is absolutely awesome to work with — organized, friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about both the property and the residents. It’s clear she takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-managed community!
Our daughter's apartment flooded due to the negligence of an upstairs tenant during graduation and she could not use the apartment for 2 days. Her flat was uninhabitable during graduation, and our planned party had to be moved to a restaurant on campus, which was very expensive. Yet the manager, Suzy, charged her $400.00 for alleged damage to the apartment which preceded her tenancy and was not her fault.
