This place was fantastic. I went here with my family while exploring the area. We got the fish and chips, grilled salmon, shepherds pie and pub burger. When it came out, there wasn't a dish my table disliked. The shepherds pie was just the right size, the grill salmon was fantastic, and the burger and fish and chips also didn't disappoint. The server was extremely friendly and attentive and came around to refill waters frequently. I hadn’t been here in years and I’m so glad I chose to eat there today. It was amazing…the food, the service, the historical building atmosphere.
I ordered the Meat and three and the meal was amazing , cooked to perfection, I mean I ate everything on my plate and the portions were pretty filling. I was overall very satisfied with everything. Our waitress was pleasant. I have nothing but great compliments about everything. Definitely will come back .
Quiet atmosphere. Variety of menu items. Fast service.
