This place is a MAJOR rip off. If you have any other option PLEASE go with it. I stored my trawler with them for a couple seasons. They will spare no effort to try to dig into your pockets. I hauled out in August one season. I'm not rich so I have to do a lot of the maintenance myself. I completed all the winterizing myself. Had a phenomenal experience with the service team at Irish in Charlevoix. Great communication, and they went above and beyond to resolve a couple issues and conduct haulout for a survey/sea trial.
Dave in parts was an absolute life saver. We were on our way home bringing a boat home from Muskegon, MI to Port Huron, MI when we ran into a problem and needed parts. We called everyone and no one had the parts we needed, Dave had the parts overnighted on a Friday for a Saturday Delivery. At 2pm when they closed the parts were out for delivery and Dave stayed for another hour until the parts were delivered. What a great guy and business. Thanks again Dave, you were a life saver.

Horrible management. Complete disregard for safety, working conditions, and employee respect. No dental or vision coverage. Currently sitting at a 2 star review on Indeed and for good reason.
