There are great people and installers here very nicce and neat. I would recommend 100%
No after sales service... at all. Iris did the install of a motorized shade in our house. After two years the shade stopped working. After over a month of calling them and waiting for them to call us back and them telling us how busy they are they haven't even had the decency to schedule a repair appointment. The don't seem to have any desire or intention of fixing our shade.
