As reported in other reviews the lady at the front desk is very rude and THEY still have a covid sign up as there excuse for no public restrooms?-on the other hand the guy that runs the dock and lumper crew couldn't be more professional and accommodating !
The front desk lady was very disrespectful. She looked at the truck drivers as if we were trash when I was simply trying to check in. She told me to leave and come back when they open, and she did it in a very rude, yelling . I was having drop and hook for Amazon and she still says I’m live loading
This woman from the office is not friendly. 40 minutes loading the trailer and 1.2 hours waiting for documents
The front lady is very disrespectful. .
