My wife went in to have surgery yesterday. What a horrible experience. Everyone so unprofessional and unhappy. I said to one of them is everyone having a bad day? I just got a look back. I said oh okay great conversation. I will be finding a different place to go when I have mine done. No customer service, Old cluttered and dirty facility.
