Mr Lo and thr staff at Iris Plastic Surgery are welcoming, professional and supportive. Mr Lo answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly. He listened to my requests and was optimistic but honest about the results i could expect. Four months after my surgery the scars are smallwr than i expected and the outcome is beyond what i imagined. I am thankful i chose Mr Lo as my surgeon, he has done a beautiful job and i feel like a new person.

I would honestly give them 10 stars if I could. Amazing and friendly, down-to-earth-earth staff!! Dr. Lo is such an icon, judgemental free, very easy to chat with, professional and has some amazing skills. I woke up pain-free post-op at Masada, highly recommend. Much love to you all. 🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵

I had an appointment with my ophthalmologist Dr Elaine Chong who I regularly see but first time at this practice. The customer service is beyond amazing, especially from the receptionist who I dealt with Tania. She was so friendly, accomodating and nothing was too much trouble for her. From my initial phone call with Tania all the way through to my appointment Tania, the lady who did my eye scan and Dr Chong were wonderful. Highly recommend.
