Iris Nails is wonderful. I always had a great experience here. My senior parents come here and they are very well taken care of. Very kind and caring. Susan takes care of my mom and May takes care of my dad.
Upon arriving, I was not greeted and then told to sit down at a specific chair for nails where I later found out they assumed I was someone else. I got moved chairs again and the manicure began. My skin broke from the file she was using which I've never had before at nail salons. There was also a strange incident where an angry man came in saying he would not pay for the service he received earlier in the day because they had done a bad job. Best Customer Service received by Suzanne, she did my pedicure today, very kind and amazing job.
Horrible service they don’t understand when you try to complain or ask to fix something. They just laugh or act like they didn’t understand what I’m saying. I can’t seem to understand if they do this on purpose so that they don’t have to fix it. I’m very displeased with the French manicure they did on my hands Jasmine and one other lady can’t remember her name. Feet you can’t go wrong if it’s one colour pedicure so no complaints there.
