Horrible service they don’t understand when you try to complain or ask to fix something. They just laugh or act like they didn’t understand what I’m saying. I can’t seem to understand if they do this on purpose so that they don’t have to fix it. Amazing place to go if you're looking for disappointment and somewhere to throw your money away. The staff are great at selling additional services and options, BUT forget how to speak and understand English as soon as you have a complaint or request while they are working and mess up your nails. It's too bad that they don't understand the basic principle of business, do an exceptional job, and have returning clinets. This is an amazing nail place, and my mom and I are regulars here! Staffs are very friendly, efficient service, clean facilities, and great attention to details. Highly recommended! Located at convenient location and at plaza with grocery, takeouts and pharmacy. Must try and you will definitely be pleased!
I have been coming here for years for my nails & eyebrows!! The entire team is incredible, but Susan and May are absolutely outstanding. They take their time with every client and have such attention to detail. Highly reccomend!!
