I had tried everything from medicine , exercise , talk therapy and could never get to the root of negative core beliefs. I was nervous for hypnotherapy but this and EDMR have been the quickest and most in depth recovery I have ever had. Iris has a gentle questioning and intake style that allows you draw out answers that you didn’t know has words to go with them. Iris is a very lovely soul. She is easy to work with and has a great energy and demeanor about her. I had 3 wonderful sessions with Iris, and she has really helped me, and she is very good, and a skilled hypnotherapist. I highly recommend Iris!
