Incredible experience - everyone there was super professional and kind, and the piercing itself was streamlined. They were transparent about the kinds of fees, and I felt very comfortable getting pierced by Aaron, even though it was the first time I ever got a piercing. As someone with type 1 diabetes who has experienced a lot of needles, I have to say that Aaron's technique for piercing was exactly- it barely hurt, and I felt completely fine seconds after. I highly recommend

Friendly, knowledgeable, capable, informative. Piercing was as close to painless as imaginable. Follow up care was clearly outlined. We’ve been back three times and would always go here for piercing services.
My piercing specialist, Kai, was so awesome. Everything felt clean and by the book and she was so swift I barely felt a thing. Iris employees were also helpful in answering questions about different pieces and very responsive via text. All in all great experience!
