John and Laurel were super friendly and made me feel excited (instead of nervous) about the whole process. John worked with my anatomy to find jewelry and a placement that would work best. The aftercare instructions were clear and I felt comfortable asking questions. I would recommend this place to anyone and plan on going back in the future.
My experience getting a forward helix piercing with Jennie was great! She counseled me on what would work best for my ear and talked me through every step of the process. A very comfortable and professional experience!
