The optometrist (Dr. Giroux) as well as his assistant gave me a full battery of tests and were knowledgeable and friendly. The sales side is a different story - being quoted a ridiculously high amount (later lowered to a still high but less ridiculous amount) and being denied to buy reasonably priced frames elsewhere to help ease the cost - they revoked any guarantee for their lenses even with a designer frame identical to the one they sell.
