Today I had an eye exam at IRIS Beaconsfield, and it was an excellent experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and kind, and the clinic uses high-end equipment. I really appreciated how they explained every detail of the exam as we went along. The optometrist took the time to answer all of my questions and address my concerns thoroughly. I recommend them 100%!
Dre. Griess was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly in a reassuring and professional way. I truly felt listened to and cared for during my visit. Also, the receptionist was so kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!
Great service . Small issue with a frame resulted in excellent service .
5 stars isn't enough! I had a tricky case - needed to come back 4 times to change change lenses. No charge. Iris Beaconsfield are so professional and care about making me happy. I highly recommend them.
I had been a client for over 25 years - Dre Chantal has always been amazing - but - since they moved to the new location - I went for my bi-annual regular checkup and came out with two infected chalazions a few days after the visit - and then they charged me for the follow up first visit for the first eye - but at least they didn’t when I went back for the second eye - they deny it was badly disinfected equipment and claim I cannot prove it is directly from their place but the timeline is suspicious (4 days for eye 1 and the... read more
