Always have an excellent experience here. Dr. Nettie is excellent, the exam is thorough and the staff are so very helpful in frame selection and fitting. Shout out to Kyra for enduring my chatty style of communication
I found very good service, the time and friendly are good service. The glasses are good model to find what i was looking
Great service: I broke one of my glasses' arms so popped in to Iris in Sidney. Unfortunately a replacement was not available, so I needed a new pair of glasses. I also needed an eye exam, so had that with Netty (a few days later) and then sat down with Noufia. In 5 minutes we had a frame I liked and I chose the type of lenses I wanted. After that I did some comparison shopping and came back to Noufia to order my glasses. Great service from all. Highly recommended. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I'll be back.
